Letter of Intent
This Letter of Intent states a preliminary commitment by the undersigned party to participate in the ColdStack hardware validation pilot. It is a non-binding expression of interest and does not create a legal obligation to purchase or lease.
The Initiative: agrees to receive ColdStack units for a 14-day field test to monitor temperature-sensitive logistics.
Expectations: ColdStack covers all prototype deployment costs. The above company agrees to provide operational feedback and allow ColdStack to log the hardware telemetry.
Next Steps: Following a successful pilot, both parties may negotiate a definitive, binding lease agreement.
